Setup and Communication

Important information for the setup phase before the start of the KWF-Expo 2012:

• Stand space will be available for setup in the open-air exhibition area from Monday, 4 June 2012. Set up in the marrquee can start on Thursday 7 June 2012 (German public holiday). Finished stands can be occupied from Friday, 8 June 2012.

• Stands must be completely in place, together with the registered exhibition goods, by Tuesday, 12 June, 2012, 18:00 hours Any space that is not occupied by then may be used for other purposes by KWF.

• During the setup period you can only access the exhibition centre via the B29, exit “Röttinger Höhe”. This exit is signposted.

• All other access roads are blocked. We should be grateful if you would bear this in mind.

• On 11 June (from midday) and on 12 June (all day) we are expecting waiting times along access routes to your stands at the exhibition centre. You may therefore find it easier to deliver exhibits and equipment at an earlier stage.

• Please make sure you follow the instructions and recommendations of KWF staff.
