Field trips

Facts instead of advertising!

The field trips are part of the 16^th KWF-Meeting itinerary and are scheduled to take place between June 13 and 15. The planned destinations are all located in the forests of the eastern Swabian Alps.

Check out state-of-the-art and KWF-tested forest technology in action and watch entire work-chains in real-time. Stay informed about the newest as well as well-established work procedures. Discuss operating conditions and costs with neutral experts.

You can expect about 20 operating complete work chains focussing on such topics as eco-friendly implementation of technology, wood fuel production, logistics chains and forest care.

You will find in-depth information about each of the stations including all facts concerning the procedures, such as machine efficiency and cost, ergonomics, work safety and eco-friendliness (e.g. impact on soil and forest stand) in the event program. This publication will be available for purchase at the KWF-Meeting or later in the KWF-shop.
