Terms of payment for the outdoor area

  • Stand fees paid before December 21, 2007 will be granted a 5% discount.
  • Reservations made after May 31, 2008 will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
  • The following part-payments will be invoiced upon formal application
  • Deposit: 1/3 stand fees payable 21 days after date of invoice.
  • Final balance: 2/3 stand fees payable by March 31, 2008.
  • The invoice must be balanced immediately for applications after May 31, 2008.
